Job Title: Data Analyst - Banking -SAS/Python/SQL Company: EXL Job Category: Data Science Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Analyst with expertise in SAS, Python, SQL, and Tableau to support data\-driven marketing analytics and strategy initiatives in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams to develop insightful dashboards and scalable SAS processes for multiple clients. Key Responsibilities 📌 Marketing Campaign Strategy \& Audience Development * Design data\-driven marketing strategies for banking products based on historical campaign performance. * Develop AI/ML models to optimize campaign ROI and customer targeting. * Build and validate campaign audiences aligned with approved strategies. * Must be available to work evening shifts to support global clients. * Work from office : Candidates must be willing to relocate to Gurugram or Ahmedabad . Work Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Availability: Full time

Required Skills \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. * 2-3 years of experience in analytics, preferably in marketing or BFSI. * Proficient in SAS , SQL , and/or Python for data manipulation and analysis. * 2-3 years of experience in building dashboards using Tableau or Power BI . * Strong analytical thinking, problem\-solving, and data storytelling skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment. * Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a strong plus. * Certifications in SAS or Tableau are advantageous.
