Data Scientists

The Data Scientist will undertake data collection, preprocessing and analysis, build models to address business problems, and present information using data visualization techniques. Responsibilities include identifying valuable data sources and automating collection processes, preprocessing structured and unstructured data, analyzing large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns, building predictive models and machine-learning algorithms, combining models through ensemble modeling, proposing solutions and strategies to business challenges, and collaborating with engineering and product development teams. This position also involves supporting knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to internal best-practice documentation, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning within the data science team.

1-2 years of experience in Data Science with strong Python, SQL, and machine learning skills. Experience in data collection, preprocessing, and analysis. Any Graduate or Any Postgraduate qualification. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
