Cutover Manager - SAP ERP Program

We're looking for an experienced Cutover Manager to support a major ERP RISE Program through go-live and Hypercare. Working closely with the SAP project team, you'll coordinate cutover activities across program streams, manage dependencies and keep stakeholders informed of go-live readiness. What you'll do: Plan and drive cutover activities across the program. Coordinate the SAP team, business teams and key stakeholders. Track readiness, risks, dependencies and actions, escalating issues early. Manage cutover progress and stakeholder updates during go-live. Support Hypercare, including defect coordination, prioritisation and communication. What you'll bring: Experience managing cutover for a large ERP or SAP program. A track record of coordinating multiple streams through go-live. Strong planning, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Experience with post-go-live Hypercare and defect management.
