SAP FICO Junior Consultant

Aplostech is looking for a SAP FI Junior Consultant to support their S/4HANA Finance practice out of Bengaluru, working alongside senior consultants on live client engagements. The role centers on General Ledger accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting, with tasks including assisting configuration of company codes, chart of accounts, fiscal year and posting period variants, document types, and number ranges. The consultant will also support vendor and customer master data, help manage bank accounting and payment processes, and assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements. Support during month-end and year-end closing, plus reconciliation between FI and other integrated SAP modules, forms a regular part of the workload.

This junior-level opening suits candidates with 0 to 2 years of exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance and a solid grounding in accounting principles and financial statements. Practical familiarity with GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting is expected, along with a basic understanding of CO-FI integration. Preference goes to graduates with a B.Com background or postgraduates holding an MBA, CA, M.Com, or CMA qualification. Beyond technical grounding, the team wants analytical thinking, attention to configuration detail, and confident Excel skills for day-to-day reconciliation work. Clear documentation and solid communication matter given close coordination with senior consultants.
