Roles & Responsibilities: * Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. * Responsible for team decisions. * Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. * Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. * Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. * Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. * Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to support seamless project execution. Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Professional & Technical Skills: * Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. * Experience in designing and implementing custom enhancements and interfaces within SAP environments. * Strong knowledge of database programming and optimization techniques specific to HANA. * Ability to work with agile development methodologies and modern software frameworks. * Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of SAP applications. * Capability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * The candidate should have minimum 7.2-3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. * This position is based at our Pune office. * A 15 years full time education is required.
