SAP ABAP Lead (Rialtes)

This SAP ABAP Lead role at Rialtes Technologies involves leading ABAP development across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. You will design, develop, and review RICEFW objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows. The position requires developing high-quality, performance-optimized, and S/4HANA-compliant ABAP solutions. You will conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices while preparing technical design documents, effort estimations, and delivery plans. Collaboration with functional consultants to understand and clarify business requirements is essential. You will develop and support integration using IDoc, RFC, BAPI, OData, SAP CPI, and SAP BTP. Supporting UAT, defect resolution, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities is part of the role.

The ideal candidate must have 8-12 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience with strong expertise in ABAP Objects (OO-ABAP), CDS Views, AMDP, and Open SQL. Experience with User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Framework, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms is required. Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or conversion projects is essential. Working knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP CPI, OData Services, and strong debugging/performance tuning skills are required. Experience leading technical teams and managing project delivery is necessary. Exposure to SAP Clean Core and side-by-side extensibility is preferred. Any graduate degree is acceptable.
