Key Responsibilities: * Lead the CRM team and oversee daily sales support operations. * Manage lead allocation, pipeline tracking, customer enquiries, and post\-sales follow\-ups. * Oversee bookings, sales offers, inventory updates, sales documentation, and payment follow\-ups. * Handle customer disputes and coordinate legal cases with legal counsel and relevant departments. * Manage and optimise our in\-house CRM system, coordinating with technical teams on improvements and issue resolution. * Maintain accurate records, prepare performance reports, and train teams on CRM processes.
