Prepare and maintain product/service cost sheets and update costing data regularly. Calculate material, labor, overhead, and total production costs accurately. Monitor actual costs against standard/budgeted costs and identify variances. Analyze cost variances and provide explanations and recommendations to management. Maintain proper records of inventory, raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. Support inventory valuation and conduct regular reconciliation between physical and accounting records. Prepare periodic cost reports and management reports highlighting cost trends and key findings. Assist in product pricing and profitability analysis based on cost and margin information. Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Store, and Finance teams to ensure accurate cost data.
