Job Title: Consultant - SAP SF- EC Company: Yash Technologies Job Category: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description: As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant, below are the responsibilities: * Minimum 3 End 2 End Implementation and 3 Support project experience. * Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet Customer needs, including organization structure, employee data fields, workflows, and business rules. * Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet Customer needs, including Sub Modules for Time Management & Benefits * Support activities, such as system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance. * Lead or participate in system integration efforts, ensuring seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors and other HR systems. * Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions. * Work with the Product Manager & IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration, data integrity, and system performance * Document system configurations, processes, and user guides for reference and future enhancement * Flexible work arrangements, Free spirit, and emotional positivity * Agile self-determination, trust, transparency, and open collaboration * All Support needed for the realization of business goals, * Stable employment with a great atmosphere and ethical corporate culture Work Location: Hyderābād, India Availability: Full time
