We're now looking for a Growth Co\-Founder who wants to build one of India's leading digital health companies. About the Role You'll lead customer acquisition, performance marketing, revenue strategy, and business growth while helping shape DashCare's long\-term vision. * Performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels. * Customer acquisition and revenue growth. * Sales strategy and conversion optimization. * E\-commerce growth and funnel optimization. * Marketing analytics and experimentation. * Growth budgeting, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and profitability. * Building and leading a high\-performing growth team. * Strategic partnerships and business development. * Product growth insights based on customer behavior and data. * Working directly with the founding team on company strategy. * Scaling D2C brands. * Leading performance marketing teams. * Building revenue engines from scratch. * Running high\-budget Meta and Google Ads campaigns. * Growing consumer internet businesses. * Operating in HealthTech, Wellness, Consumer Brands, SaaS, or E\-commerce.
