Key Responsibilities: * Lead client communication and relationship management * Convert requirements into clear internal briefs * Coordinate across performance, content, and design teams * Ensure timely, high\-quality campaign execution * Manage feedback, escalations, and client expectations * Drive retention and identify growth opportunities * 1–3 years in client servicing / account management (agency preferred) * Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals * Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills * Ability to handle multiple accounts in a fast\-paced environment * High ownership and problem\-solving mindset Note: This role requires accountability, speed, and ownership.
