We are building a highly motivated scientific team to support advance research programs from early discovery through preclinical development. Key Responsibilities * Design, execute, analyze, and document molecular and cellular biology experiments. * Perform molecular cloning, including plasmid design, DNA assembly, bacterial transformation, plasmid preparation, restriction analysis, and sequence verification. * Maintain and experimentally manipulate mammalian cell cultures using appropriate aseptic techniques. * Culture, maintain, characterize, and differentiate stem cells as required for research programs. * Perform cell\-based assays to evaluate molecular and cellular phenotypes. * Conduct routine molecular biology assays such as PCR/qPCR, DNA/RNA isolation, transfection, and gene\-expression analysis. * Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot experimental protocols and assays. * Maintain accurate and detailed experimental records and organize research data. * Analyze experimental results and present findings to the scientific team. * Collaborate with internal scientists and external research partners to achieve program milestones. * Maintain high standards for laboratory safety, experimental rigor, reproducibility, and data integrity. Required Qualifications * PhD in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Stem Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a closely related discipline. * Strong hands\-on experience with molecular cloning. * Strong hands\-on experience with mammalian cell culture. * Demonstrated experience working with stem cells, including maintenance, characterization, expansion, and/or differentiation. * Experience with standard molecular biology techniques such as PCR/qPCR, DNA/RNA isolation, plasmid preparation, and mammalian cell transfection. * Ability to independently design, execute, troubleshoot, and interpret experiments. * Strong scientific documentation, data analysis, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications * Do you have hands\-on experience in molecular cloning? * Do you have hands\-on experience in mammalian cell culture and stem cell differentiation? * Do you have experience with PCR/qPCR and mammalian cell transfection?
