Job Title: Buyer - Procurement BPO Company: Velocious Tech Solutions LLP Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Velocious Tech Solutions LLP is an Global startup firm founded by a team of engineering experts, the company specializes in strategic global sourcing and manufacturing services for various commodities.We are looking for an Buyers \- Procurement BPO to support for Global Procurement / Supplier Management Services. As a team member, the Engineer will be responsible to learn and perform a Standard Work schedule of daily activities; being trained by Business SME, a proficient team member or Supervisor. Engineer will accurately execute Standard Work activities as per Work Instruction or reference document(s). Engineer will be responsible to assist team members with process or data error detection, root cause analysis and applying best practice solutions to restore data and validate a process operation back to ‘normal’ condition. Engineer priority during working hours are solely to execute Global Procurement BPO activities. Engineer will learn and apply continuous improvement methodologies, collaborate with Supervisor and team members to review process change management requests. Direct and Indirect Materials Purchasing – material requisition, purchase order, supplier data, invoicing management Knowledge on Risk Rate screening \& Monitoring \- NAVEX Examples: Material Management, Material Master Inventory Management, Invoice Verification · Attend routine operational awareness via meetings or support activities within the team; capturing details of issues, analysis and finding resolution Identify opportunities for improvement with team and Supervisor · Responsible for maintaining a Standard Work deliverables sheet as reviewed with Team Lead BPO Work Location: In person Work Location: Karnataka, India Availability: Full time

KNOWLEDGE \& EXPERIENCE: Be familiar and have direct experience with supply chain functions and processes: REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain with \< 2-3 years of experience · Experience with delivery of results (time \& accuracy/quality) in a production environment · SAP supply chain environment experience: Intermediate level · Participate with team members to achieve standard work proficiency, throughput and goals · Collaborate with team and business, sharing knowledge and experience Benefits: Experience: Key Skills: Procurement, Purchase Orders, Inventory Management Salary: INR 400000 - 500000 per yearly
