Key Responsibilities * Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve SAP module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. * Change Request Management: Provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations and ensure timely delivery. * Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for Material Management * Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of SAP MM based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team. * Meeting SLA: Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner. * An analytical and problem-solving consultant eager to develop your skills and talents. * An eloquent and extroverted individual comfortable with support tasks. * Passionate and determined while valuing teamwork. * Willing to take responsibility and make decisions. Job Requirements Required Skills and Experience: * 0-2 years of experience in SAP Material Management including strong understanding of MM processes and integration with other SAP modules. * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain business, or other related fields. * Hands-on project experience in SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage. * Knowledge of ABAP or the ability to perform basic debugging is an added benefit. * Fluent in English, both written and verbal. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet SLA commitments. * Team player with the ability to collaborate with technical teams, business users, and regional stakeholders." * A great team of passionate consultants. * Strong personalities who are fair, open, and respectful to each other. * Attractive and competitive salary and benefits package. * A company that continuously invests more than 6% of its revenue in the education of its employees.
