PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To design, develop and maintain business intelligence and AI\-driven solutions, including data analytics platforms, AI agents, automation bots, and reporting tools using Google Cloud stack (Big Query, Vertex AI, Looker, Antigravity); to translate business needs into technical specifications as well as create visualisations and reports. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. BI Development \& AI Engineering 1\.1\. Designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence * Maintain \& support data analytics platforms * Translate business needs to technical specifications * Evaluate and improve existing BI systems * Create visualisations, reports and dashboards for requested projects * Develop and update technical documentation * Data exploration and data quality assurance * Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality * Development, construction, and maintenance of data architectures * Conducting testing on large scale data platforms * Handling error logs and building robust data pipelines * Provide recommendations for data improvement, quality, and efficiency of data * Gather information on resources, constraints, assumptions, risks to identify priorities * Develop AI agents and natural language query interfaces using BigQuery and Vertex AI * Build operational micro\-apps and automated workflows using Antigravity, AI studio, AppScript, and GCP tools * Implement data\-driven predictive models and machine learning pipelines in support of the Data Scientist * Integrate AI capabilities into business processes to improve efficiency and decision\-making 2\. Project Management * Manage and deliver projects on\-time and within budget, by monitoring project risks and issues and stakeholder engagement * Drive best practices, continuous improvement and innovation within the ES function * Maintain subject matter expertise in all applications for systems and provide support cross\-functionally * Partner with various stakeholders to identify synergies * Implement agile development principles throughout the product life cycle 4\.
