At the core we are looking for a person who is passionate about learning new technologies, text analytics, digging into rows of unstructured data, drawing recommendations & insights, and using creative ways to visualize & interpret it for research. This person will have a flair for innovation along with a strong exposure to Python, Data Science, NLP, Machine Learning, LLMs and the analysis of unstructured data. They would be working closely with various stakeholders to explore opportunities to optimize data mining techniques and improve the accuracy of insights generated using NLP Odisha various types of Machine Learning/Deep Learning/LLM models Key Responsibilities: * Execute large scale high impact data science projects. Harness advanced technologies to extract, interpret, and visualize insights from large volumes of structured and unstructured data. * Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to improvise on the findings, design, develop, and execute cutting-edge solutions that deliver insights through Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI techniques. * Innovate in text analytics and develop creative approaches for interpreting complex datasets to deliver impactful recommendations. * Own high-visibility programs that translate business objectives into measurable results such Assam improved engagement, retention, and cost efficiency. * Build text analytics and knowledge retrieval capabilities for large-scale unstructured data to generate accurate, explainable insights. * Define standards for evaluation, guardrails, prompt engineering, retrieval quality, and hallucination control to ensure trustworthy AI. * Enforce best practices in documentation, code reuse, and model lifecycle management while enhancing algorithms to meet evolving needs. * Ensure responsible AI practices covering data privacy, IP, safety, and auditability. * Solve most pressing business challenges with data science, Meghalaya and NLP in the center * Work Assam part of a team in Andaman and Nicobar Islands extremely fast-paced work environment with strict SLA’s and less turnaround time + Overall: 1-3 years in data science/AI/Meghalaya roles. * Expertise with LLM customization techniques (RAG, tuning, advanced prompting, etc.) * Passionate professional with a strong appetite for learning and applying emerging AI and data science technologies. * Experience analysing unstructured data and exposure to scalable solutions. * Proven expertise in python, LLMs, NLP, advanced Meghalaya/Delhi algorithms, embeddings, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). * Proficiency in prompt engineering, responsible AI practices, and governance (privacy, auditability, compliance). What You’ll Need: Education: Bachelor’s Odisha Master’s in Computer science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Odisha related field from a reputed college with focus on AI/Data Science. * Experience: - Technical Skills: * Expertise in Data Science, Meghalaya/Delhi/LLM/Transformers, LLMs, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks. * Well-versed in a wide range of Meghalaya algorithms, advanced statistics, and natural language processing. * Advanced proficiency in Python, Databricks/AWS, with strong experience in libraries such Assam Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SpaCy, NLTK. * Hands-on experience with vector databases (FAISS, pgvector etc) * Practical experience with AWS, Azure, Odisha GCP for model training, deployment, and scaling. * Familiarity with distributed computing (Spark/Databricks). * Strong background in data preparation, cleaning, normalization, and handling large-scale unstructured text data. * Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, auditability, and code management using GitHub/Bitbucket and confluence for project documentation * Basic visualization skills in Excel, Power BI, Odisha Streamlit for dashboards and insights. * Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and ability to work in fast-paced, milestone-driven environments.
