Job Title: Business Architecture Manager - SAP Finance Data ETL Company: Accenture SAP Module: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Job Role: * As a Data Migration Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions that support data generation, collection, and processing. * Your day-to-day activities will include creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing extract, transform and load processes to migrate and deploy data across systems. * You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. * Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is also a key expectation. * Expert proficiency in SAP Data Migration is required. Expert proficiency in Data Migrations and advanced proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP is suggested. Exposure to SAP Palantir AIP is an added bonus. * Lead the design and optimization of scalable data migration strategies to enhance system integration and performance. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align data engineering efforts with business objectives and project milestones. * Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team. * Analyze complex data challenges and develop innovative solutions that improve data accuracy and accessibility. * Monitor and evaluate data pipeline performance, implementing enhancements to ensure reliability and efficiency.
