Job Title: Business Applications Support Specialist Company: Real Journeys Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: In this role, you'll be the go\-to person for supporting and enhancing the systems our teams use every day. From troubleshooting issues and supporting upgrades to training users and driving improvements, you'll play a key role in helping our people do their best work. * Providing support and troubleshooting across our business applications. * Working closely with teams to identify and deliver system improvements. * Testing new functionality and supporting system upgrades. * Creating user guides and delivering training to help people get the most from our systems. * Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure applications remain reliable, effective, and user\-friendly.
