Application Developer - Salesforce

This Salesforce B2B Developer role at MillerKnoll involves building B2B Commerce solutions including Catalog, Pricing, Promotions, Cart, Search, Product Recommendations, Inventory management, and Order management through configuration. You will setup, build, and maintain Salesforce Communities/Experience sites, perform technical design and implementation using CPQ, and use Salesforce APIs/MuleSoft to integrate with other systems. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with Salesforce team to validate business requirements, adhering to Salesforce best practices and governor limits, documenting solutions, applying problem-solving skills independently, assisting Product Owners in defining new features, and reviewing fellow engineers' work. The role involves participating in Communities of Practice and contributing to building a digital culture based on collaboration and inclusion.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 4-6 years of Salesforce development experience, of which at least 3 years of Salesforce B2B development experience. Proficiency with CPQ, CMS, Field Service Lightning, Order Management, Billing, and Salesforce development lifecycle is required. General web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is essential. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role.
