* 0-2 years of experience in budgeting and financial planning. * Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion, particularly for budgeting and planning. * Qualified or partly qualified professional accountant (ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent). * Strong MS Excel skills, with advanced Excel experience. * Experience in financial modelling, reporting, forecasting, and data analysis. * Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Immediate availability is preferred.
