Job Title: Accountant (Arab National) Car Sales / Automotive Experience Mandatory Company: Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate Brokerage SAP Module: SPP PM Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description Key Responsibilities * Manage daily accounting transactions and financial records. * Handle invoices, receipts, payments, petty cash, and bank reconciliations. * Maintain accounts payable and receivable. * Monitor customer payments, deposits, and outstanding balances. * Prepare financial reports and support audit requirements. * Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. * Handle accounting transactions related to vehicle sales. * Prepare sales invoices, quotations, receipts, and payment records. * Maintain customer and vehicle financial records. * Monitor vehicle deposits, installments, and outstanding payments. * Maintain records of sales commissions and related expenses. * Coordinate with sales teams, customers, banks, and suppliers. * Ensure proper documentation for all vehicle sales transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting and practical experience handling vehicle sales transactions, customer payments, invoices, commissions, and financial records.
