Job Title: Associate Software Engineer Company: Thomson Reuters Job Category: SAP ABAP Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description As an Associate Software Engineer \- SAP ABAP, you will contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP applications in an agile environment. Working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and senior engineers, you will design, develop, test, and support ABAP\-based solutions across SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms. This role provides an opportunity to strengthen technical expertise in SAP development, gain exposure to modern technologies such as SAP Fiori and OData services, and contribute to delivering scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Develop and customize ABAP\-based solutions including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows (RICEFW), and integrations. * Perform ABAP development, testing, debugging, and performance tuning across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. * Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Develop and optimize SAP applications using ABAP Objects, HANA SQL, SAP Fiori, and OData technologies. * Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines. * Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, development artifacts, and system configurations. * Support troubleshooting, root\-cause analysis, and resolution of production issues. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adopt emerging technologies and tools.
