SAP ABAP Consultant

This SAP ABAP Consultant role at Grovanta Tech requires strong hands-on experience in ABAP RAP, Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), OData Services, BAPI development and integration, and CDS Views. You will develop and integrate BAPI, create OData services, and work with ABAP RAP and CDS Views. Daily responsibilities include delivering high-quality technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to development standards. The role requires excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP and strong hands-on experience in ABAP RAP. The position offers opportunities to work with a leading IT services company in Coimbatore. The successful candidate will engage closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust, scalable ABAP solutions that support long-term organizational growth.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in ABAP RAP with excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP). Experience in OData Services, BAPI development and integration, and good understanding of CDS Views is required. Any graduate degree is acceptable. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage. Prior experience mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
