Mandatory skill sets * Proven experience (typically 3\+ years) in SAP HCM implementation and support. * Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, TM, Payroll, Benefits, and Time Evaluation. * Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus. * Experience with SAP configuration, integration, and data migration. * Good understanding of HR processes and policies. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of SAP scripting languages and tools (ABAP, LSMW) is a plus Preferred skill sets * SAP HCM Certification. * Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP HCM cloud solutions.
