Job Title: Associate Lead Consultant - Record to Report Company: YASH Technologies SAP Module: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: Job description: Client Corporation is seeking an experienced Principal – Record to Report (RTR) to join its Global Capability Center (GCC) and provide functional leadership for SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions supporting enterprise transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and continuous business process improvement. This offshore leadership role will serve as the primary SAP Record to Report functional expert within the GCC, partnering closely with global Finance, Business Technology, Enterprise Architecture, and System Integration partners. The Principal will play a key role in the BD integration program while establishing scalable global finance solutions and standards for future acquisitions. The role is responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP Finance solutions across the Record to Report landscape, supporting global design, solution configuration, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement. The Principal will drive standardization using SAP best practices while ensuring compliance with global accounting standards and local statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities SAP Finance Solution Leadership * Serve as the Global Capability Center functional lead for SAP Record to Report (RTR). * Support the Finance Solution Lead and Business Process Owners in delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities. * Lead functional design activities for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, ERP modernization, and business integration programs. * Drive global process harmonization while minimizing customizations and maximizing SAP standard functionality. * Recommend SAP best practices and future-state finance processes. * Lead solution design, configuration, and support for SAP S/4HANA Finance including: General Ledger (Universal Journal), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Margin Analysis (COPA), Intercompany Accounting, Parallel Ledgers, Financial Close, Group Reporting. * Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) solutions to enable electronic invoicing (eInvoicing), statutory reporting, tax reporting, and country-specific regulatory compliance across global operations. * Own configuration and process design for SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), ensuring accurate revenue recognition per ASC 606/IFRS 15 across performance obligations and contract structures * Own integration architecture between S/4HANA and adjacent systems * Support finance integration activities for acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs, including the BD integration program. * Perform fit-gap analysis between acquired company ERP processes and clients SAP S/4HANA global template. * Support legal entity integration, organizational structure design, chart of accounts mapping, ledger design, fiscal calendar alignment, and financial reporting harmonization. * Collaborate with Data Migration teams on historical data conversion, opening balances, reconciliation, and financial validation. * Support deployment and cutover planning to ensure business continuity during integration activities. * Partner with Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Treasury, Tax, Planning, Reporting, and Master Data teams. * Ensure seamless integration between SAP Finance and boundary applications. * Support interface design and integration using SAP Integration Suite, APIs, IDocs, and middleware technologies. * Participate in architecture reviews, solution workshops, and design governance activities. * Lead functional configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities. * Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and Hypercare. * Develop functional specifications and support technical development where required. * Identify automation and process improvement opportunities across global finance operations. * Mentor analysts and consultants within the GCC and promote SAP S/4HANA best practices. * 10+ years of SAP Finance implementation experience with at least 5 years supporting SAP S/4HANA. * Deep functional expertise across SAP Record to Report processes. * Successfully support the Record to Report workstream for the BD integration and future M&A initiatives. * Deliver high-quality SAP Finance solutions aligned with the Client global template. * Lead finance configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities with minimal business disruption. * Establish strong partnerships with global Finance teams, Business Technology, and implementation partners. * Improve standardization and adoption of SAP S/4HANA Finance best practices across the enterprise. * Mentor GCC team members and contribute to building a high-performing SAP Finance Center of Excellence. * Flexible work arrangements, Free spirit, and emotional positivity * Agile self-determination, trust, transparency, and open collaboration * All Support needed for the realization of business goals, * Stable employment with a great atmosphere and ethical corporate culture Work Location: KA, India Availability: Full time

Experience required: 1-3 years Qualifications * Strong hands-on experience with: Universal Journal, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Material Ledger, Product Costing, Margin Analysis (COPA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Parallel Ledgers, Intercompany Accounting, Financial Close, Group Reporting, SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), RAR * Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA 2023 or later releases. * Hands-on experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), including electronic invoicing (eInvoicing), statutory reporting, and digital tax compliance. Experience implementing country-specific DRC requirements and integrating with indirect tax processes is highly desirable. * Hands-on experience including direct configuration or functional ownership of Revenue Account Recognition (RAR) * Experience supporting ERP integrations during mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale transformation programs. * Strong understanding of legal entities, organizational structures, fiscal year variants, ledgers, currencies, accounting principles, and financial master data. * Experience with finance data migration, reconciliation, and cutover planning. * Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, APIs, IDocs, and finance integration patterns. * Strong understanding of SOX controls, audit requirements, IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory reporting. * Experience working in a Global Capability Center or offshore delivery organization supporting global stakeholders. * Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
