About founders Aman and Nitesh were early members at Seekho App, where they helped Seekho grow into a $100M ARR\+ business. We're building again. Here's how we work: * We obsess over shipping velocity and learning from real users * We break down ambiguous problems into action, not theory * We value people who think clearly and act fast Who should join us? You're someone who sees a marketing problem and immediately starts digging into the data instead of panicking. You think in unit economics. You'd rather run 10 quick tests than debate the "right" approach. You should apply if you: * Have shipped growth campaigns (apps, subscriptions) and seen what actually moves the needle * Get genuinely curious about why users convert, retain, or churn * Love constraints \- a limited budget means you optimize obsessively * Think in first principles and aren't afraid to challenge playbooks What you'll own * Architect and execute paid acquisition across Meta and Google \- diagnose issues, optimize, iterate * Build attribution models and cohort analyses on BigQuery/GA4 * Deep dives into retention mechanics and CAC drivers * Optimize paywall funnels (Hinglish copy, trial\-to\-paid conversion, churn levers) * Design and run experiments: creative, targeting, bidding, landing pages Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Availability: Full time
