You will oversee end\-to\-end digital infrastructure—spanning official website strategy, UI/UX optimization, CRM lead generation workflows, and email marketing automation. This is a high\-impact, hands\-on role designed for a self\-starter who thrives without heavy agency dependency, seamlessly coordinates cross\-border teams (UK, Netherlands, and China HQ), and bridges digital initiatives directly with local sales performance. Key Responsibilities 1\. Website Development Strategy \& Cross\-Border Collaboration * Formulate and execute local web strategy, aligning digital assets with UK market objectives. * Oversee UI/UX design, landing pages, and content updates (copy, imagery, localized assets). * Coordinate closely with developer and product teams in China HQ and European regional hubs (Netherlands), maintaining strong cross\-cultural working relationships and project alignment. * Manage day\-to\-day website health, performance optimization, and rapid bug fixing/debugging. * Monitor web analytics, SEO performance, site speed, and user journey flow to boost on\-page conversion rates. 3\. CRM Lead Engine \& Project Management * Define and implement CRM lead\-generation mechanisms (test drives, dealer inquiries, brochure downloads). * Lead technical project management for lead pipeline integration between the website, dealer management systems (DMS), and central CRM platforms. * Develop targeted email marketing strategies covering customer onboarding, launch activations, and lead nurture workflows. * Handle hands\-on campaign execution: template building, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability tracking.
