Associate Executive, Production Planner

Job Title: Associate Executive, Production Planner Company: Novugen Pharma Sdn Bhd SAP Module: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: About the role Key Responsibilities: - * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards in all production planning activities. * Hands-on SAP system on MM/PP Module for, Reservation, Process order. * To familiar with CGMP requirement along with change control, deviation and Investigation process related to production planning and supply chain management. * Efficient production scheduling to utilize maximum capacity for good occupancy as per demand. * To understand training of self on schedule TNI. * Proficient with Microsoft office tools i.e. Word, Excel, MS Project & PowerPoint * Collaborate with cross function department to optimize production planning efficiency and cost-effectiveness. * Learning ability on Capacity Planning * Understanding about forecast/demand consolidation to derive production plan. * Good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationship internally and externally * Follow up with QA/QC on the release of Finished Goods dispatch schedule. * Monthly production planning signs off * To generate monthly MIS report i.e. ex-factory sales, WIP report, Plan Vs Actual on weekly and monthly basis. * Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management. * Monitor adherence to production schedule, identify delays or bottlenecks. * plan vs. actual performance, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery. * Support new product introductions, technology transfers, validation batches. * Free parking * Opportunities for promotion * Professional development Work Location: In person Work Location: Bandar Baru Enstek, M05, Malaysia Availability: Full time

* 1-2 years’ related experience from Pharma, FMCG, and Healthcare industries, specifically in Material planning section and MRP. * Possess Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) is an added advantage * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Proficient in using systems / software / tools relevant to supply chain management, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry etc * Strong intrapreneurial skills and mindset from start up to established organization * Versatile and resilient, ability to stay positive in ambiguous environments and work towards delivering results Benefits: Experience: Key Skills: Production Planning, MRP, Capacity Planning Salary: MYR 2800+ per monthly
