Job Title: Associate - Deals - Deal Analytics & Value Creation Company: PwC Acceleration Center India Job Category: Data Science Roles & Responsibilities: As a Deal Analytics \& Value Creation Associate you will support data analysis work that helps clients assess deal opportunities, uncover value drivers, and translate data into insights that inform transaction and performance decisions within our Deals practice. As an Associate you will contribute to projects with a learning mindset, adapt to varied client and team needs, take ownership of assigned work, and build your professional brand while developing technical skills and business awareness. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling skills to help turn large data sets into clear analysis, support delivery activities across multiple workstreams, and grow through exposure to deal\-focused analytics, value creation, and client service tasks. Responsibilities * Analyzing operational and transaction data to identify patterns, value drivers, and performance opportunities * Supporting diligence and value creation work by gathering, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources * Building dashboards and visual summaries using Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Power Query * Applying Alteryx automation workflows to streamline recurring analytics tasks and improve consistency * Performing research and fact finding to support client deliverables, presentations, and working sessions * Translating findings into clear observations on risks, costs, scalability, and operational opportunities * Using AI\-enabled tools and analytic methods to enhance data review, comparison, and trend identification * Monitoring data integrity across files and reports to support accurate analysis and timely delivery * Adapting to changing client needs and project scope while managing multiple assignments at once * Learning professional standards, documenting work clearly, and escalating issues when patterns or gaps require attention * Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance * At least one of the following: A Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS) * Developing hands\-on coursework or internship exposure in data analysis, analytics, or valuation * Applying Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Power Query for dashboard creation and insights * Gathering data from varied sources and analyzing patterns for transaction support * Communicating findings clearly while adapting to fast\-paced client engagements Work Location: Bengaluru East, Karnataka, India Availability: Full time
