We are looking forward to hire Compensation Managament Professionals in the following areas : Experience 2 years + Act as the domain expert for SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules + Configuration, testing, and deployment of compensation and benefits solutions aligned with business requirements. + Support integration efforts between SuccessFactors modules and our payroll systems. + Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and process optimization for compensation and benefits functionalities. + Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions to drive user adoption and solution enhancement. + Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies related to compensation, benefits, and payroll in an ever-evolving landscape. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SuccessFactors Compensation module updates, best practices, and emerging trends in global HR IT. Qualifications + 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits. + 2 years of experience with SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules, preferably in large-scale, global implementations. + Strong understanding of compensation & benefits concepts, payroll processes, and their IT enablement. + Proficiency in SuccessFactors configuration tools, workflows, business rules, and integration points. + Good knowledge of payroll and time management solutions (SAP HCM Payroll) is a plus. + Demonstrated problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to handle complex compensation scenarios. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. + Ability to work collaboratively in cross-cultural, geographically dispersed teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
