This SAP ABAP Senior Associate role at PwC involves contributing to the design, development, and delivery of SAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA environments. You will design, develop, and maintain RICEF objects including Reports (ALV/Classical), Interfaces (ALE/IDoc, BAPI), Conversions (LSMW/BDC), Enhancements (User Exits, BADI, Enhancement Spots, BTE), RAP, and Forms (SAPScript, SmartForms, Adobe Forms). Daily responsibilities include delivering ABAP objects independently with quality assurance through peer reviews, working with Object-Oriented ABAP, Workflow, and Data Dictionary objects to build scalable solutions, contributing to projects using specialized ABAP technologies such as Web Dynpro, Workflow, OData services, SAP-BTP, SAP-CPI/PO, Fiori, and SF-HR-ABAP, and gaining hands-on experience with CDS Views and AMDPs for optimized data modeling and performance.

The ideal candidate must have 2-10 years of experience with strong hands-on SAP ABAP expertise including Object-Oriented ABAP, RICEF development, and experience across ECC and S/4HANA environments. Proficiency in CDS Views, AMDP, UI5/Fiori, SAPScript, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms is required. Any graduate degree with MBA/PGDM is preferred. Exposure to Clean Core principles, SAP-CPI/PO integration, and SF-HR-ABAP is valuable, along with the ability to independently deliver ABAP objects with quality assured through structured peer reviews. Comfort operating across both S/4HANA and legacy ECC landscapes, with a proactive approach to knowledge sharing and mentoring junior developers, is expected.
