Role & responsibilities. SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) and RESTful Application Programming (RAP). Languages: Node.js, Java, ABAP, and JavaScript/TypeScript. SAP HANA Cloud design and data modeling. Experience integrating AI services with SAP BTP and SAP applications. Hands-on experience building and managing MCP servers and exposing SAP CAP, UI5, and Fiori as AI-ready services. Preferred candidate profile. Understanding of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP). Solid understanding of Integration principles and patterns, technologies and protocols (REST, ODATA, SOAP, XML, JSON, Message queues, Identity management, SAML, OAUTH). Strong API development experience using REST, OAuth 2.0, and API management, following clean core principles. Experience developing end-to-end solutions on SAP BTP with scalable, secure, and reusable APIs.
