Job Title: Assistant Warehouse Supervisor Company: Seatrium Job Category: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description * Assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing goods. * Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records. * Operate and oversee use of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks). * Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols. * Resolve receiving discrepancies and support quality control efforts. * Communicate with internal departments and external clients to resolve issues. * Track and report on warehouse productivity and KPIs. * Help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. * Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency. * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Job Requirements * NITEC/ Diploma Certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. * Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software. * Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices. * Forklift certification preferred. * Ability to work independently and in a team\-oriented environment. * Ability to work in a fast\- paced, physically active environment.
