We are seeking a Manager - Internal Logistics & Warehouse Operations * Lead warehouse and internal logistics operations ensuring inventory accuracy, warehouse dig-itization, operational excellence and organizational capability development. Strategic Warehouse & Logistics Management: * Develop and execute warehouse strategy aligned with business growth and produc-tion objectives. * Drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. * Establish KPIs including Inventory Accuracy, OTIF, Picking Accuracy, Inventory Turns and Productivity. * Lead warehouse capacity planning, storage optimization and automation initiatives. * Lead WMS implementation and continuous improvement. * Ensure integration with SAP/ERP systems. * Drive barcode, RFID and digital traceability solutions. * Develop dashboards and analytics for warehouse performance. * Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock verification. * Manage receipt, storage, kitting, line feeding and dispatch operations. * Drive inventory reduction, PFEP implementation and shortage management. * Ensure EHS, statutory and audit compliance.
