Assistant Production Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:. Plan and monitor daily production activities to achieve targets and delivery schedules. Manage manpower and production resources for optimum productivity. Monitor production, inventory, wastage, and material utilization. Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Stores, and other departments to resolve production issues. Ensure smooth manufacturing processes and adherence to quality standards.

Job Requirements:. 4–8 years of experience in the textile or apparel industry, preferably in production management. Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, and manufacturing processes. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
