Batch card preparation. Issue of RM and PM to work location. Drawing out samples for QC testing. Ensuring Packaging as per batch card. Executing production as per plan and targets. Generating daily production report for onward submission to dispatch. Managing - Manpower. Accounting for semi / finished products.
