Job Title: Assistant Manager -PPC Company: Haier Appliances Job Category: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: Role \& responsibilities * Daily Input plan preparation and Sequence plan preparation * To deliver the product as per customer requirement schedule for Domestic/Export /OEM. * Weekly Plan SAP entry every week as per OPSI * Department management like maintain 6S, follow the system process, New model F.P.A, Daily IMS. * Internal dept. Planning, Manpower, PPC Training and improvement, Evaluation * Material Shortage review for Next 4days plan for material execution/Inventory control * Maintaining MIS (Production, Material Status, Plan variation Report, History sheet, SAP Plan vs. Actual, Weekly Order Closure, MRP run, Mould utilization, Monthly \& Rolling Plan, Weekly Reports, Factory OPSI, ISO Doc Close coordination with Key departments i.e. Production, Material, Sourcing, Import and R\&D for execution of daily, and weekly work orders Work Location: Pune(Ranjangaon), Shirur, India Availability: Full time
