Assistant Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and project quality. Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project milestones and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills:. Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). Strong knowledge of order-to-cash business processes and their configuration within SAP Sales and Distribution. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to sales order processing, pricing, and billing. Ability to customize and enhance SAP SD modules to meet specific business requirements. Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other modules such as Materials Management and Finance. Skilled in analyzing business needs and translating them into technical specifications for SAP SD solutions.

Experience required: 7 - 16 years. Education: Graduation Not Required. Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru. Employment type: Full Time, Permanent.
