Job Title: Architect Company: Virtusa SAP Module: SAP ABAP Roles & Responsibilities: Personal integrity and self-management. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of management. Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering (BRS/BRDs), process mapping, user stories, operating model documentation, user story development, and stakeholder management. Strong understanding of banking products, coverage models, client management frameworks, and wholesale banking data flows and architecture. Project scope, approved functional requirements, business process standards, KPI frameworks, and stakeholder- approved implementation plans. Communications & Working Relationships: Divisional/departmental personnel and all other related divisional/departmental personnel across the Group. Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous. Proficiency in business analysis and collaboration tools such as Planview, JIRA, Visio, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization/reporting platforms.
