Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
* Provide application support and troubleshoot SAP Ariba, SAP CPI, Oracle OFM Middleware, Oracle SQL, and file\-based integrations.
* Monitor and support data platforms, including SAP BODS replication and AWS data ingestion pipelines.
* Investigate ingestion failures, validate data availability, and resolve production issues.
* Develop and maintain Python automation jobs for user lifecycle management, access deprovisioning, and license management.
* Work on ServiceNow catalog item development and automate user access provisioning through Active Directory.
* Coordinate API integrations with ServiceNow developers based on business requirements.
* Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and production troubleshooting.
* Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure smooth application and data platform operations.
