SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP Expert

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP Expert Company: Delta System & Software, Inc. SAP Module: SAP Ariba Roles & Responsibilities: * 10–14 years of overall SAP/SAP HCM experience with strong SuccessFactors expertise. * Extensive hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). * Strong hands-on experience in Employee Central Payroll (ECP). * Excellent configuration experience across EC and ECP. * Experience with EC Foundation Objects, Employee Data, Job Information, Position Management, Workflows and Business Rules. * Strong knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP), MDF objects and associations. * Hands-on experience with Time-Off configuration is preferred. * Strong experience with ECP payroll configuration, schemas, PCRs, wage types and payroll processing. * Experience with EC–ECP integration, data replication and payroll-related interfaces. * Exposure to SAP Integration Suite/CPI, Integration Center, APIs and OData is preferred. * Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, Go-Live and production support. * Strong ability to troubleshoot complex EC/ECP issues and provide root-cause analysis. * Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leading functional discussions. * Multi Country payroll experience needed Work Location: Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia Availability: Full time
