Position: IT Recruiter – APAC (Malaysia \& Singapore Regions) Experience: 2 years Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Work Mode: Work From Office Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Employment Type: Full\-Time We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented IT Recruiter – APAC with 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically supporting hiring requirements across Malaysia and Singapore markets. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating with IT professionals for various technical positions. Candidates with experience using APAC recruitment portals and familiarity with Malaysia and Singapore talent markets will be preferred. 1. Handle end\-to\-end IT recruitment for Malaysia and Singapore hiring requirements. 2. Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, and other relevant recruitment platforms. 3. Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job specifications. 4. Screen candidates for technical competencies, communication skills, salary expectations, availability, and notice periods. 5. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various IT technologies and skill sets. 6. Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and follow up on interview feedback. 7. Manage salary negotiations, offer discussions, and candidate onboarding follow\-ups. 8. Ensure timely submission of quality profiles within agreed turnaround times. 9. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly recruitment reports. 10. Develop a good understanding of APAC hiring practices, particularly Malaysia and Singapore recruitment markets. Mandatory Skills \& Requirements * 2 years of experience in IT recruitment. * Hands\-on experience in Malaysia and/or Singapore IT recruitment. * Good understanding of APAC recruitment processes and candidate markets. * Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other job portals. * Knowledge of technical skills such as Java, SAP, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Testing, Salesforce, etc. * Strong candidate screening, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to handle multiple IT requirements and work with tight deadlines. * Good coordination and follow\-up skills. Preferred Candidate Profile A proactive recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, good market knowledge, and the ability to deliver quality IT candidates for Malaysia and Singapore client requirements.
