As an Analyst in SAP Source-to-Pay and OpenText VIM, you will support the design, implementation, enhancement and operational stability of invoice management solutions. As a Analyst in S2P area (SAP OT VIM), you will deliver high-quality solutions, drive technological advancements, and provide expertise in this domain. You will facilitate engineering alignment, promote modern software engineering practices, and lead engineering initiatives across teams. Key responsibilities include problem-solving, stakeholder management, and supporting new technology adoption. Your contributions will drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the organization. • Support SAP VIM solutions and ensure smooth invoice processing operations and KPI adherence. • Configure and maintain OpenText VIM, Business Center, Archive Server and related components. • Participate in implementations, upgrades, testing, deployments and post-go-live support activities. • Support integrations with SAP FI, MM, EDI, IDocs and third-party applications. • Experience supporting or participating in SAP implementation and rollout projects. • Experience working in support environments with incident, problem and change management practices. Apply critical thinking to solve complex issues, build or reuse existing solutions, and make data-driven decisions. Qualifications: 2 years of experience with at least 5 years in SAP OT VIM. Proven track record as an architect with strong results. • Collaborate with business users, AMS partners and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements. Key experience required • 2 years of experience with at least 5 years in OpenText VIM. • Hands-on configuration experience in SAP OpenText VIM workflows, document types and invoice processing. • Experience with OpenText VIM, IES/BCC, Business Center and Archive Server concepts.
