Job Title: Analyst Company: Medibank Job Category: Machine Learning Roles & Responsibilities: As an Analyst in Provider Strategy Analytics, your key role is to support decision\-making in respect to Provider Strategy. You will work closely with the Provider Strategy team to deliver analytical insights and recommendations that enable timely and informed decision\-making to enhance member and enterprise value. The role monitors health care efficiency, performance and quality while providing targeted recommendations and commentary. You will assess the impact of strategic initiatives and identify opportunities to leverage analytics for industry insights. You will be joining a collaborative team with a focus on career progression and growth. Key responsibilities will include: * Developing meaningful and actionable insights to support Medibank’s health care strategies and initiatives. * Provisioning analysis with respect to new methods of health care funding and price changes. * Monitoring and analysing benefit outlay and providing targeted commentary and insights. * Analysing member risk profiles and providing advice on health care interventions. * Innovating using advanced analytics – delivering business value by leveraging emerging analytical methods such as Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning. You are a strategic thinker and have proven ability to analyse complex data and develop innovative, business\-focused reporting and analysis.
