We are seeking an innovative AI Developer with strong software engineering expertise and a passion for Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building intelligent applications, AI\-powered assistants, and automation solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI frameworks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting\-edge AI initiatives that drive business transformation and enhance enterprise productivity. * Role: AI Developer \- Generative AI \& Agentic AI * Location: Pune * Experience: 1-3 years * Job Type: Full Time Employment * Research and evaluate emerging technologies in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and AI\-assisted software development. * Identify business opportunities where AI can improve productivity, efficiency, and user experience. * Design and develop proof\-of\-concepts, prototypes, and production\-ready AI applications. * Translate business and technical requirements into scalable AI solution architectures. * Build end\-to\-end applications involving AI services, APIs, user interfaces, and data integrations. * Develop solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Vector Databases. * Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, and business platforms. * Design and implement AI workflows capable of intelligent reasoning, planning, and task execution. * Evaluate AI models and applications for accuracy, reliability, performance, usability, and cost efficiency. * Compare multiple approaches and recommend optimal solutions based on measurable outcomes. * Identify limitations, risks, and improvement opportunities within AI systems. * Develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications independently using modern software engineering practices. * Apply best practices around Git, version control, testing, documentation, security, and maintainability. * Collaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and technology teams. * Document experiments, architectural decisions, implementation details, and project outcomes. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering excellence initiatives. * Stay updated with emerging AI frameworks, models, and enterprise AI trends. * 6\-1-3 years of experience in software development and application engineering. * Strong programming expertise in Python. * Experience with Node.js, Next.js, or Java is highly desirable. * Solid understanding of Object\-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns. * Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and enterprise integrations. * Strong understanding of Git, source control management, and collaborative development workflows. * Ability to independently design, develop, test, and deploy applications. * Strong analytical thinking and problem\-solving capabilities. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Hands\-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models through professional, academic, or personal projects. * Experience using AI platforms and tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or equivalent solutions. * Understanding of Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and implementation approaches. * Knowledge of AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows. * Experience with Prompt Engineering and prompt optimization techniques. * Familiarity with Embeddings, Vector Databases, and Semantic Search concepts. * Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration frameworks. * Experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar AI services. * Understanding of AI evaluation methodologies and model performance measurement. * Experience with React.js or Next.js development. * Knowledge of FastAPI, Flask, Spring Boot, or similar backend frameworks. * Experience with Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. * Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments. * Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. * Understanding of automated testing, unit testing, and integration testing frameworks. * Knowledge of databases, data modeling, and enterprise application architecture. * Experience working with local LLMs and platforms such as Ollama.
