We are seeking a Senior Python Developer who has strong expertisw in Python \& can Build and extend migration agents and MCP tools for discovery, assessment, code generation and validation Implement SQL dialect conversion rules and code generators Evaluate and test agent and LLM output quality Package agents for VS Code (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) * Role: Senior Python Developer * Location: All Persistent Locations * Experience: 0-3 years * Job Type: Full\-Time Employment * Serve as the primary code\-level reviewer and hands\-on architect for the most complex AI/ML systems and frameworks. * Define and enforce technology roadmaps, best practices, strategies, and standards for AI/ML adoption across the organization. * Conduct and guide research on context/prompt engineering techniques to translate successful research into reusable engineering frameworks for the wider team. * Architect and maintain robust data pipelines and data processing workflows for model training and model tuning, utilizing cloud services for scalability and efficiency. * Implement and champion MLOps tools and practices, ensuring seamless integration of machine learning models and LLMs into production environments. * 5\-8 years of exp in Python, including FastAPI, FastMCP, SQLAlchemy and pytest/unit test * Agentic frameworks LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, GitHub Copilot SDK, Anthropic/Claude SDK * Hands\-on with LLMs such as GPT\-5\.x and Claude Sonnet 5\.x * LLM evaluation and testing frameworks * Protocols and standards MCP, A2A, Agent Skills format * Daily use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code and Codex * Data engineering PySpark, multi\-dialect SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing concepts and data reconciliation * VS Code extension development, Teradata or Informatica PowerCenter, IBM watsonx.data, dbt and Apache Iceberg Work Location: Maharashtra, India Availability: Full time
