Job Title: AI Consultant / AI Architect/ Tech Lead Company: SIBAS Job Category: Machine Learning Roles & Responsibilities: About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and business\-focused AI Consultant to bridge the gap between complex artificial intelligence technologies and real\-world business transformations. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, evaluating their business processes, identifying high\-impact AI opportunities, and designing robust AI/ML architectures. You will guide projects from initial feasibility assessments and proof\-of\-concepts (PoCs) through to production\-grade deployment, working closely with cross\-functional development teams in our Kochi hub. Key Responsibilities * Strategic Advisory: Partner with clients and business stakeholders to understand their pain points, map out AI readiness, and define high\-impact AI/ML strategies. * Solution Architecture: Architect scalable, secure, and production\-ready AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and Cloud AI services (Azure/AWS/GCP). * Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Rapidly build and test functional prototypes (using frameworks like LangChain, Llama Index, or custom pipelines) to demonstrate business value before full\-scale implementation. * Technical Delivery \& Oversight: Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to oversee the development, deployment (MLOps), and scaling of AI applications. * Vendor \& Tool Evaluation: Evaluate third\-party AI vendors, open\-source models, and SaaS solutions to provide objective build\-vs\-buy recommendations. * AI Governance \& Compliance: Ensure all proposed AI architectures adhere to strict ethical data practices, security frameworks, data privacy laws, and corporate governance. Required Technical Skills * AI \& Machine Learning: Deep understanding of Machine Learning lifecycles, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision. * Generative AI \& LLMs: Proven experience working with foundational models (OpenAI, Claude, Llama), Vector Databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus), Prompt Engineering, and RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) architectures. * Programming \& Frameworks: High proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (scikit\-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow). * Cloud \& DevOps: Experience deploying AI workloads on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) alongside familiarity with MLOps pipelines (MLflow, Kubeflow, or cloud\-native tools). Required Soft Skills \& Qualifications * Consultative Mindset: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical AI concepts to non\-technical executive stakeholders. * Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking to deconstruct chaotic business problems into structured data science tasks. * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. * Experience: 2\+ years of professional experience, ideally blending technical AI development with client\-facing consulting or product management roles.
