Job Title: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE (F&B Industry / Expereince) Company: Hot n cool SAP Module: SAP ABAP Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for managing and overseeing all accounts receivable functions within the organization. This includes ensuring accurate billing, processing payments, maintaining up-to-date customer accounts, and resolving any payment discrepancies. Role plays a vital part in supporting the finance department by ensuring the company’s cash flow is maintained efficiently and promptly. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments from customers. 5. Monitor aging reports and take proactive steps to reduce overdue accounts. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records, including adjustments, credits, and receipts. 7. Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve issues related to billing or payments. 12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and customer satisfaction. 13. Performs other duties assigned. Qualification, Experience & Knowledge * A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Additional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or similar) are a plus. * 2 years of experience in an accounts receivable role or a similar finance position, ideally within the F&B industry. * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). * Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis). * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and customers. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve payment-related issues. * What is your Nationality? * How much is your Expected Salary? * You can join immediately? * Total years of experience as a Accounts Receivable? * total years' experience in F&B industry?
