Job Title: ACCOUNTANT (F&B experience) Company: Hot n cool SAP Module: SAP Successfactor Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for preparing financial statements, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing insights to drive the company's financial performance. Will also collaborate closely with management and operational teams to optimize budgets, streamline costs, and improve profitability. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of the unique financial challenges and opportunities within the F&B sector, such as managing inventory costs, monitoring cash flow, and handling tax obligations specific to the industry. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential for success in this position. As this role involves interacting with a diverse team and clientele, fluency in Arabic is essential, and familiarity with local regulations and practices will be a distinct advantage. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and review accurate financial statements, including profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries. * Generate detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. * Conduct variance analyses and identify areas of financial improvement. * Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable. * Reconcile bank accounts and maintain general ledger accuracy. * Monitor daily cash flow and manage payments to suppliers and vendors. * Work with the procurement and operations teams to manage and track inventory costs. * Conduct cost-benefit analyses and recommend pricing strategies to maximize profitability. * Identify areas for cost savings and implement appropriate measures. * Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, including VAT, payroll taxes, and other obligations. * Prepare and submit accurate tax filings and reports in a timely manner. * Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. * Collaborate with management to create realistic budgets and forecasts. * Analyze financial trends to support data-driven decision-making. * Propose financial strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. * Support operational teams with financial insights to improve performance. Qualifications and Skills * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum of 3-4 years in an accounting role, with a focus on the F&B industry. * Proven track record in cost control, financial planning, and compliance. * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools). * Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting. * Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities. * Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Female candidate, Arabic-speaking, with in-depth knowledge of the local F&B market. * Proficiency in English is an advantage. * A proactive mindset and ability to work well under pressure. * Total years experience in F&B Industry? * What is your Nationality? * How much is your Expected Salary? * You can join immediately? * How many total years of experience as a Accountants Receivable?
