1. Purpose

placementbaba.com is designed exclusively as a platform for connecting job seekers with employers in the domains of SAP, HR, Foreign Language, Workday, and Salesforce. It serves as a vehicle for genuine recruitment and career development activities only.

2. Candidate Consent & Authorisation to Apply on Your Behalf

By creating an account and submitting your profile on placementbaba.com, you grant Placement Baba (operated by Zeblearn India) a clear and informed authorisation to:

• Submit your resume and profile to relevant job openings that match your skills, experience, and preferences
• Share your resume, contact details, and profile information with prospective employers and recruiters registered on the Platform
• Coordinate and schedule interview calls, assessments, or discussions on your behalf
• Represent your candidature to hiring companies in SAP, Foreign Language, HR, Workday, Salesforce, and related domains
• Follow up with employers on the status of submitted applications

This authorisation applies to all job openings — whether listed on placementbaba.com or sourced directly by our placement team from partner companies — where your profile is considered a suitable match.

What this means for you: You may receive direct calls or emails from employers or our placement team regarding job opportunities, even if you have not applied directly. This is a result of the authorisation you have granted upon registration.

Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw this authorisation at any time by sending a written request to support@placementbaba.com with the subject line "Withdraw Placement Consent". Withdrawal will be processed within 3 working days. Please note that applications already submitted prior to withdrawal cannot be recalled.

No Fee to Candidates: Placement Baba does not charge candidates any fee for this service. Job placement assistance provided to candidates is always free of cost.

3. Permitted Use

The Platform is intended for your personal use only. You may not copy, download, reproduce, or sublicense any content from the Platform without express written consent from Placement Baba. Copying or scraping data (including resumes, job listings, or company data) is strictly prohibited.

You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information when creating an account or posting content on the Platform.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Upload false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content
• Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited bulk emails
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or copy Platform data using automated tools
• Interfere with the Platform's servers or networks
• Sublicense, resell, or transfer your subscription/access to any third party
• Violate any applicable Indian or international law
• Post or transmit any malware, virus, or harmful code

5. Limitation of Liability

Placement Baba is a platform facilitating connections between job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee job placements, interview responses, or the accuracy of employer/recruiter credentials.

Placement Baba shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, employment opportunities, or revenue.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments for services (job postings, resume services, profile boosts, etc.) must be made 100% in advance. Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of Placement Baba. We offer no guarantees of server uptime or application performance beyond reasonable best efforts.

Placement Baba does not store payment card details. All financial transactions are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways governed by their own privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on placementbaba.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Placement Baba or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without prior written consent.

By uploading content (resumes, job listings, etc.) to the Platform, you grant Placement Baba a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use this content in connection with Platform operations.

8. Job Seekers

• Your resume and profile may be visible to registered employers and recruiters
• Placement Baba does not guarantee responses to your applications
• You are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of employers before attending interviews
• Multiple accounts by the same individual may result in removal without notice
• You must keep your profile information accurate and up to date
• Do not share sensitive financial information with recruiters through this Platform

9. Recruiters & Employers

• You must have legal authority to post job vacancies on behalf of your organization
• No fee may be charged to job seekers who respond to your listings
• Placement Baba may reject any listing without explanation; a pro-rata refund may apply
• You must comply with all applicable data protection laws when handling candidate data
• Subscriptions are non-transferable and limited to one office/entity

10. Disputes & Governing Law

Any disputes arising from use of placementbaba.com shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts in New Delhi.

11. Changes to Terms

Placement Baba reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
